About Me

I became a therapist because I struggled with my own mental health in the past. Like many others, I was never taught how to take care of my psychological well-being. This situation led me to be exposed to beliefs, behaviors, and expectations that ultimately failed me. After many years of educating myself through personal experiences and evidence-based practices, I gained the confidence to help others.
Therapy is an often-misunderstood concept due to its abstract nature. However, numerous scientific studies have proven that it plays a huge role in creating permanent and positive biological changes in people’s brains. I am committed to making quality mental health therapy more accessible to clients in New Market, TN, and the surrounding areas.
